Trade Marketing Specialist

you work

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work on a wide range of assignments with various retailers and suppliers, so no two days or assignments are the same.

  • You’ll work on challenging Trade Marketing projects with leading suppliers in FMCG, Food, Non-Food, Drug, DIY, and e-commerce
  • You’ll translate market, shopper, and retail data (including Nielsen, Circana, SIS/7even, and YouGov) into concrete strategies and activations that contribute to category and brand growth
  • You develop and implement trade marketing plans, promotions, and annual plans that make an impact on both retailers and shoppers
  • You advise clients at a strategic level and know how to translate this into practical execution
  • You work on a wide range of projects, from category reviews and dashboarding to developing commercial strategies and activation calendars
  • You act as a bridge between data and business: you make complex insights understandable and actionable for stakeholders
  • You challenge clients to look at their category, brand, and collaboration with retailers in a new light

You often work on multiple projects simultaneously and switch seamlessly between different organizations and issues

Who you are

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a comparable commercial role within FMCG or retail
  • You combine analytical skills with commercial insight and know how to translate data into concrete actions
  • You are entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and take ownership of your projects and results
  • You have strong communication skills and adapt quickly to different organizations and stakeholders
  • You enjoy working with data and have an above-average interest in it
  • You are flexible, switch easily between different projects, and thrive on variety
  • You are available 32–40 hours per week
  • Preference for living in the central part of the country and owning a car. Additionally, you must be willing to travel by car to various clients.
