Data & Insights Specialist

The context in which
you work

Here’s what you’ll do

You’ll work on a wide range of projects for various retailers and suppliers, meaning no two days or projects are the same.

  • You analyze and translate data from sources such as Nielsen, Circana, YouGov, and retail data (SIS/7even) into concrete insights and recommendations
  • You will build dashboards and visualizations (including in Power BI) that enable clients to better manage their performance
  • You’ll conduct analyses ranging from category reviews and performance analyses to strategic issues related to growth and focus
  • You help organizations establish a more data-driven approach to work and decision-making
  • You work on projects where you are both hands-on with data and contribute ideas on how to translate insights into strategy and execution
  • You present insights and help stakeholders understand what the data means for their business

Who you are

  • You have 2–4 years of work experience in data analytics, insights, trade marketing, or a similar role, preferably within FMCG or retail
  • You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate data into clear insights and concrete actions
  • You have experience with data sources such as Nielsen, Circana, or YouGov and, preferably, with tools like Power BI
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to make complex analyses understandable to stakeholders
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and have an above-average interest in data
  • You work independently, take initiative, and feel responsible for your projects
  • You are available 32–40 hours per week
  • Preference for living in the central part of the country and owning a car. Additionally, you must be willing to travel by car to various clients.
